Andy is unbelievably committed to helping make DSL what it is meant to be...he had this to say in an e-mail e wrote to me... "I thought I would write a email in hopes that you might put it on the DSL homepage as a member opinion about what this league is all about. When I registered my team for the Kickball Season this year, I thought I would have more than enough people to play. Unfortunately, I was wrong. But Bob and Jeff were gracious enough to fill the rest of my roster with players. I don't get out to the bars as much as I'd like to, but every time I have gone out, the other teams' players were as interested in who I was, as I in them. Last week, we had a game scheduled against "Nice Kicks." Our team actually had to forfeit due to lack of players, but "Balls Deep" was there after their game, and suggested out teams should come together and have a scrimmage against the other team. Which in turn was more fun than our previous actual games. My whole point of this email is to let other potiental players in future seasons of DSL games, that the commradery between players and teams is unparalled in any sports league. These are the people that get the point of the "DSL" movement. This is a social league, and the competition is secondary to new friendships. All the people I have met through DSL will be friends for a long time. So Thank You Bobby and Jeff... I'm having a "ball!" --Andrew Lane
