Arrianne On The Cover of Out & About

You know how when you’re trying to put together a jigsaw puzzle, but there’s one piece you can’t find? That’s how it’s been for me with an idea I’ve been thinking about for a while. Recently, DSL member, Christy Coco (seen pictured flexing), introduced me to Arianne Missimer, her personal trainer, and I knew I had found the missing part of the puzzle.
 Arianne has been featured in everything. Delaware Today, Spark, Delaware Health & Fitness, etc. You name it, she has been in it. She is all over Out & About for her “CORE Fitness: Biggest Loser” program. And she is a blast to boot. She even she has her dog, Zoey, on her website. It seems to me that anyone who does that must be the real deal, and Arianne certainly is. When I met her, I knew right away that she’s 100% genuine and that we would get along swimmingly.

So, we would like to invite six people to join us …  Arianne, her staff, and me (YES I WLL BE DOING IT WITH YOU!) … to participate in …

“The CORE Fitness: Biggest Loser Team Edition!”

What: Small group personal training
When: Two classes a week; Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm

Cost: $175 a month for a commitment of three months.

Here's How It Works

  • We will set individual goals, but we will really be trying for a team goal.
  • You join the team of six people for the 6 a.m. session on Monday's and Thursday's
  • You complete your group nutrition session with a registered dietitian and your fitness assessment during week one.
  • We establish your team’s starting weight by adding the sum of the pounds on your team.
  • Sometime during week one we will reveal the team goal based on the day one results.
  • You will train two days a week with your teammates and your CORE Fitness personal trainer.
  • You will have a monthly weigh-in and nutrition education session to track your progress and set goals.

Week One

  • Fitness assessment
        Posture evaluation
        Functional movement screen
        Flexibility, strength, & balance test
        Weigh-in and nutrition education
        A healthy breakfast will be provided.
